About Bree VanZutphen
Bree Vanzutphen is an embodiment mentor and women’s guide with over 13 years of teaching experience, weaving somatic and embodiment practices into everything she offers. Her work is devoted to tending the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of the Self—not as separate parts, but as an integrated, living whole—and incorporates elements of earth-based ritual and sacred practice.
At the heart of her work is the intention to hold space for others to unravel the conditioning and subconscious programming shaped by upbringing, society, and collective consciousness—the patterns that often restrict authentic expression and embodied truth. Through womb-centered spirituality, shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, and ritualized practices, Bree supports people in reclaiming the aspects of Self that have been fragmented, suppressed, or forgotten along the way.
